I suggest getting your spring rate up so you eliminate most of the sag before going to air bags.
That side wall flex may be your sway issue. 315/70R19.5, 295/75R19.5 and 275/80R19.5 would give you close to a 37" tire height with a much stiffer higher rated tire. There are also 22.5" rim options that would give you higher rated 37" tires than your current ones on 20" rims.
