Some people can walk and chew gum at the same time, others can’t! - romoreExplorer IIAnd I thought I had seen pretty much everything.

- DownTheAvenueExplorerMexican road train. They don't have body damage but the fender covers have been removed to attach tow bars. They leave the engines running with the car in neutral to save the automatic transmission from damage on cars where removing the drive shaft(s) is difficult (especially front wheel drive vehicles). Sometimes, the last car will have someone sitting in the drivers seat to apply brakes. Usually, these Mexican road trains travel at night to avoid law enforcement.

Have you been to Mexico . . . They DON'T repair them.
I have not been to Mexico in many years. I thought maybe they repaired them to sell for a big profit.

They all appear to have some body damage. When they get to Mexico are they repaired or sold/driven as is?

I see this all the time in Texas. This is why I laugh when people here talk about getting ticketed for going over the GVWR, payload, and tow ratings of a vehicle. You would think that these people would be the first to get busted if cops were so concerned about.
Saw similar East bound to DFW from CA last year. It was a WTF moment.
