I have spent as little as $3000 for a pull behind pop up with a slide out that needed a good clean up and nothing else. When you find one you like have the owner turn everything on the day before you look at it. When you get there take a hose turn on the water and lay it on the roof while you are talking to the owner. If he says no RUN RUN RUN. Look under the cabinets for water damage. Look under mattresses for water damage. If ac is not cold it does not need a charge, it needs a new AC. Look for the DOT on the tires. It has a code that determines the age of the tires. Looks like this (DOT 1819). First two numbers are the week made and the second are the year made. New tires = $200 plus
