Renting, personal use, giveaway as a present, purchase and drop it off on a street corner, none of those uses/plans have anything to do with negotiating price.
As I mentioned, not so much this post but it just seems more and more that people seem to lead people on, change the specifics when they don't seem to get the answers they want (not saying you did on this one).
People just appear to be more and more disingenuous for little to no reason. Im probably overly critical because it seems so prevalent these days on all kinds of forums, not just this one.
But, at the end of the day, what anyone does with their private property is of no concern to anyone else, unless it is illegal or they make it other peoples concerns by asking advice, input etc...
