Heck, why waste the money on a new TT if you are going to rent it out.
Buy a good used model and save half the cost.
The first TT we rented a was a two year old model the dealer usually rented for weekends, it was clean and nearly mint.
Your TT is basically a capital investment in your money making hobby, like a guitar to a musician.
Not a bad plan, our TT never rest long enough to rent it out. Plus we keep to many supplies in ours to load and unload between trips. That is why we bought it so we could step in and go.
