Here is the city ordnance of Cascade Idaho where i l lived both in a couple RV's and a manufactured home.I waited until it was waist deep before shoveling my mobile home roof,much sooner in my RV's.
They don't like doing cleanup from collapsed roofs from snow.:B
As I mentioned earlier to the opp...I would definitely somehow get the snow off the roof as soon as possible..Things happen!
Snow loads for Manufactured Homes are 100 lbs. per square foot. If snow loading is not met by the manufacturer, a Ramada (snow roof cover) may be placed over manufactured home to meet snow load requirements. The moving of mobile/manufactured homes into a Recreational Vehicle or Trailer Park, where a Ramada is not permitted to be built, a letter is required from the homeowner for maintenance of snow removal from the roof. This letter shall be provided before issuance of the permit.
