As mentioned, get as big of a panel as possible. The watt ratings on solar panels are for complete sun with optimal angle which does not happen 24/7. Assuming you are not camping in the shade you still have these issues with solar.
*Clouds
*Angle of sun (winter the sun is lower than summer)
*Length of day summer longer than winter
*Other/future items consuming power.
Remember that the fridge will drain batteries overnight so a larger solar panel will recharge the batteries during the day as well as running the fridge. Of course if the next day comes along and it is cloudy outside you have less charging, thus the need for a larger panel.
I also like the fact that when I store my truck camper outside I know my batteries are always fully charged.
