The reason I am interested in max tow rating is because I want to stay within 75% of rated capacity to provide power for mountains. My total load, including tongue weight, passengers, gear, etc is expected to be 12-1300. I don't want to tow 6K of weight with a 6500 lb. rated vehicle.
