Craigslist.org is a free ads website, go the the website then choose the nearest city to you then have at it..
You local paper..
Many places have a "penny saver" ad papers that you can often find at grocery stores or gas stations for free..
Local used car lots and RV dealers..
Drive around your area.. I see lots of used RVs for sale every day just by driving right past them..
Buy as local as possible, you really want to have a good hands on inspection BEFORE you purchase.. After the sale there is no going back and it is all yours..
Last resort.. ebay.. RVs are subject to leaking and it is pretty hard to make any really good choice via an auction and not to mention you may be in for a long trip to retrieve your purchase..
