Thanks for all the good advice guys. The TT is a 2011 Coachman Catalina 30QBS, listed at $12980. I don't want to insult the dealer, but I might just send in an online offer of $9,000. Worst case I replace the fridge and if the smell still lingers, I should be able to sell it for the same amount plus cost of fridge. Everything else; carpet, etc. Is in good condition.
