Here is a link on how to repack trailer wheel bearings. It's not too hard to do, but a little messy.

With EZLube axles it impossible to put too much grease in, as the old grease comes out the front of the hub. That is how it works. The new grease replaces the old grease coming out.
However you can blow out the seals if you use a power grease gun or pump too hard with a hand gun.
