I think you need to negotiate with the facility's owners a bit.
They obviously don't understand how insignificant the draw the trailer has if plugged in.
Your dehumidifier use is going to cost them a few dollars to run.
Probably about 10X what all the rest of the small drains in the trailer would cost. Keeping the batteries up is the biggest usage; how ARE you going to keep the batteries up ??
