How to remove a round tumbler lock on the basement door?

I have a 2012 Big Horn 5th wheel. One of the basement round tumbler locks will not open. It will move slightly with the key but then won't open all the way, so I can't open the basement door. Help, ho...

How about a locksmith?

After some drilling an easy out (right or left) could turn the lock.

You might be able to use a screwdriver and wrench to turn the entire lock even though it is not suppose to turn. Do you have another lock to pull and maybe get some ideas?
