Problem #1, 8 chairs, that is too many, you will get too many visitors that way. Cut back and enjoy your time camping.
I hear you about the bags, after a couple of trips they become a pain and just take up space. We have 4 chairs and we just slide them in. We pack the front storage so that the last things in are the first things we will need. By the time we get to the chairs there is not much else to get in the way.
