I use the old fashioned aluminum frame chairs with the 3" webbing. They are way lighter then my bag chairs, and a lot more comfortable too. I pick them up at yard sales or auctions. I've even been known to stop along the road during trash day and snag a few, then re-web them.
To buy them new will cost you $40 - $50, even the old ones on ebay are going for about $35 (they are listed as "vintage", go figure)
Anyway, If you keep an eye out, you can pick them up cheap or even free.
FYI, right now I have about 10. We keep 4 in the trailer and the rest I take to picnics and such.
We store them beside the bed.
