As usual you will get of theoretical brainstorm that not necessarily will have much of practical use as the real life has too many variations.
1000W oven doesn't have to draw 1000W. Can be much less as manufactures want to be on safe side with ratings, but can happen to be more.
Than some inverters take rated and overload load better, some less.
On my boat I had 60 ah battery and 30 amp alternator.
Having 1200W inverter I was able to use 1500W oven for about 7 minutes before the inverter would overheat. The alternator 30amp breaker never trip. Bare in mind on boat temperatures are much lower than on RV in summer.
Bottom line >>>>> you have to try it.
