How often do you tow? The 6.4 will get it done. If just tow occasionally, the 6.4 will be OK.
However if you tow on a regular basis get the diesel.
From my performance standpoint the diesel always wins.
From a financial standpoint You must tow enough to make the extra cost worth it!
