This is the problem. You need to pull that piece on the left of the picture back out from behind that wood and it should pull the whole liner back down. It looks like it moved up and back from that piece of wood. My guess is it usually mounts to that piece of wood. Then you should be able to mount the upper round pieces back to each other with pop-rivets.

I'd definitely try to pull that top liner down into place. Seek help!

FWIW, I rebuilt one of mine with heavy gauge 404 steel. Now I don't have to worry about a spinning tire belt coming through.

That wheel well liner has a part number. All those trailer manufacturers feed from the same trough......so getting a replacement part should be the easy part. Once you get it.....then the actual part itself might speak to how it attaches or fits.

That would be MY first attempt. Of course, if your trailer is a road warrior and field repairs adds to the cache of your trailer....then I reserve opinion until I see more detailed pics or in person.

You need to pry the lip out in the wheel well so you can smack the top back down,Just use a Large flat bladed screw driver and make sure that the lid is not hung up..
Then go inside and clear away what is needed to get access to the top of the wheel well and use a 12" or 16" 2x6 or 2x4 and lay that on top of the back of the wheel well,, Now whack it back down into position,, If you pried that lip back it should go right back close to where is originally sat, Then staple od screw the lip edge back into the wood backer.
I would then use HVAC aluminum tape and seal up the side and top seams.
You could if you wanted at that point to build sheet aluminum wells and rivet or staple them in,,If you staple with a steel staple,, put a water resistant coating on it,, I have seen Henry's roof patch used for that..
But bottom line,, you gotta get that wheel well back into position!!

Looking closer at it thru your pictures,, That rounded piece,, I call that the top,, Is hung up on the top of the wood,, Use a flat bladed (Big) screw driver and pry it away a little so you can push or pull it back down,, You might have luck with a good (big) set of Vice grips,, get a purchase point on the lip and yank it down into position,, Then screw it or staple it back to the wood strips, If you have some gaps at the side wall seam,, Hvac metal tape or make or use 90 degree L brackets and screw them in to hold and tape it up!
Let us know what you do,, post more picts!

Look even closer to the pics,,,,,,, looks like the shackles are rusted solid, most everything else also. Cut your loses how ever you can. It will collapse from salt erosion.

Looks pretty common for east coast,nothing more than surface rust!
If it makes you feel better maybe he will hit it with some WD-40 so it looks pretty!
So you think just drop it off at a junk yard and forget about it??

Sure would be easier to fix if you could get to the inside. Is there any way to remove the Dinette?
