Also, I can't see one in the pic but my friend Steve has one on his camper for the same type boat and I now have one on my box trailer for my 12 ft aluminum boat. A little electric motor that pulls the boat up and flips it to lay as you see it. It's pretty darn cool. I see some guide ropes attached to the camper that makes me think this is the same thing.
