True, in fact when I was shopping, I found many TTs that were lighter than the same length Hybrids. Guess the Hybrids needed more structure for the bunk doors and such.
So you could find a TT 3' longer than a hybrid, and both have the same weight. Of course you often got larger or more sleeping areas in a hybrid. BUT with good shopping, you could find a bunkhouse TT with the same amount of sleeping, for the same weight, but a bit longer.
