Same thing happened in Yuma, AZ. about four years ago running under the name of "Your RV Wizard". It involved motorhomes and fivers. Also did the same thing I believe it was Pinal County at Tucson. As far as I know they never got the clown, probably dropped below the border into Mexico. At least they made an arrest in your case. Hope you can get something out of it.
