OP, the way I see it, YOU have done nothing wrong!
YOU bought a truck, and paid cash for it. The DMV processed the paperwork, and issued a new title, registration, and plates to you. YOU are not responsible for what the dealer did with the money you paid him. Everything YOU did was legal and aboveboard. You have no responsibility for paying the dealer's bills. The truck is YOURS, bought and paid for!
The only remaining legal issues, if any, are between the dealer and his consignment customer. YOU don't have a dog in that fight in any way.
Relax and enjoy your new truck.
