I would think if you have the title its your truck. If there was anything wrong it should have shown up at the DMV.

Remember, the dealer signed the sellers' title by forgery. To DMV, it will look legit and they will issue new titles to new owners. The only time this will be an issue is when the original owner comes forward and say this is not my signature.
