The OP won't be arrested. He's not a criminal or fugitive.
The chance (and legality) of his truck being impounded is so minimally low.
The likelihood of the title being forged is uncertain.
Nobody (the dealer) has been convicted of anything and no wrongdoing has actually been proven in a court of law.
Waiting 1 week or 1 month or 1 year won't make a difference.
This thread cannot be used as legitimate evidence that the OP has/had any knowledge of the condition of the vehicle title.
