The first thing that I would do is to contact the Cedar Park PD and check with the investigator to see if your truck is involved. I remember from one of the TV news reports that only some of the vehicles that they sold have bad titles.
If your is involved it is time to lawyer up. Depending on where you work you might have a free or reduced price lawyer available as part of your compensation package (I know that IBM and a lot of the other larger employers in the area had this) plus check with your homeowners insurer to see if there is any help available through them. It looks like the two Bozos who did this have some assets, so move quickly.
