I Have to be the optimist here guys, looking for the good. When it comes to backing/parking a trailer, longer is easier. I learned on a 5'x6' bike trailer, with a short tongue.
Yup comfortable, feeling sure of yourself is key! I've always felt, if someone else can do it, I can do it (disclaimer, not everything). Okay...admit, I may think I can do many things better, with just a little practice.:B
