Pretty much everyone assumes that their generator, radio, TV, or whatever is quiet. It isn't. If you are 1/4 mile away from everyone else then enjoy the drone of your generator. Most developed campgrounds aren't this spacious, and the constant drone of generators has become all too common. I'll put in a couple of emoticons :) :) here because I don't want to be contentious, but seriously, I can hear your generator. In these days of batteries, solar cells, and inverter technology there is rarely a reason for it.
