Thanks for the compliments - it took a bit of effort, in part because I kept making dumb mistakes (machining two left hand pieces instead of a left and right is just one example). You would think having made these kinds of mistakes before I would learn, but no! I am a creature of habit I guess.
I should post a drawing here in case anyone wants to improve on it. The parts themselves were very easy and quick for me to make. Welding it together takes me a lot of time because I am not a particularly practiced aluminum welder. I do have a lot of tools, a consequence of an out-of-control toolaholic addiction :).
