I've though about this before, then forgot to do anything about it. But Mike_mck's post about loosing his keys reminded me. We all have CH751 keys to open our outside hatches. I can open yours, you can open mine.Alternatives? (pictures if you have them)I would be more interested in strength/security rather than cost.

You can easily convert them to different locks including barrel locks. That's what I did to the compartment that held my generator. I got my replacement lock at a local RV repair shop but you can do better. Mello Mike's blog has a link to a business that can custom order you the locks you need in the quantity you want. It's on my to-do list.

Keyless ones are nice, just look for the correct door thickness.
