I finally made the change
After several years of towing with a 1/2 ton I finally made the change to a 3/4 ton. I haven't had a chance to try it out yet, campers in the shop for a couple minor repairs. My last truck was a 2015 ...

You were in most of the same time I was..(71-75...other than a lot of civilians back then hating our guts, spiting on us and calling us "baby killers"...I was proud of my time served..just never talked about it until around 2001, after 911...thank you for your service...it's an honor knowing those who have served and are serving our country in the Military.
