I see yours is setting on the tail gate of your truck. I keep my 2K Honda setting secured in the tail gate corner of my truck. When we use it I just pull it out onto the tail gate. My truck has the hard plastic folding locking folding panels which makes the generator out of sight until we use it
Have no had any thief issues doing this over the years. I like the idea my generator goes where I go and is never left abandoned at the camp sites. We usually run our generator each morning when camping off the power grid with the trailer connected to it using a RV30A-15A adapter to re-charge our batteries in a short three hour generator run time using smart mode charging technology.
