Tex; I don't believe you can double tow anywhere unless you have a 5th wheel setup. On a fifth a high percentage of wieght is on the hitch. On a normal bumper pull 10-15% is on the hitch. You add a hitch to the rear and you create a teeter totter effect. I don't know about the mountian west but east of Miss not allowed. I have seen it done but I don't think they got very far.
