Can you expand on why you put a primary importance on this feature?
I do not have the pass-thru, but I believe that to install a crawl boot that you may have to remove the rear window of the cab. This may pose problems if you intend to use the truck as a daily driver.
As mentioned before, your best bang for the buck will be a TV/TT combo. If you were not limited to a $20K budget then your desired features would be expanded significantly more for a TC set up.
