This^. I've lived all over the country, grew up in the rust belt and imo, vehicles from the pnw are comparable condition or Better than down south. I think rain all the time for 6-8 months keeps undercarriage clean and lack of sun keeps the paint, interior, rubber trim etc in better shape. Bought a 94 pickup a couple hrs ago. Had sat growing moss for a couple years hadn't been garaged in 10 likely. Cleaned up as good as any 5-10 year old vehicle. Perfect paint interior not faded out etc.
Oh and AF campers hold resale as well as any of the more expensive brands. They are heavy though but I'd want the amenities going full time. You'd defiantly have to get creative to get a pass thru to work with my AF. Camper window isn't centered on the truck and no real room to move the camper window.
If you target sh itty neighborhoods to camp, may I suggest something by kimber or glock?
