More details on the truck and camper will be useful here. Condition of truck is important. If it's better than average, you may have a good deal going there. Most of the trucks like that are beat into the ground so be careful. Maintinence records are a good idea.
Also, that's a big camper. If the dodge is a 2500, it may not be enough truck for hauling it. I've hauled mine with my dodge and it's not very confidence inspiring. It will wear that truck down faster.
Either way I would try to pay less than asking.
