There are a lot of folks here who are willing to assist you, there is no need for condescension or rudeness.
You are new here and we do not know and you don't know us. Folks are responding in earnest. You know your situation; we do not- there may be some responses that are obvious to you but we are getting up top speed with your scenario. You and are coming here with a relatively simple (to us) but complex (to you) issue.
