Easy answer: 350/3500 diesel dually pickup.
350/3500 for the carrying capacity
Diesel for the pulling power.
Dually for the stability. A SRW will do it, but a dually will be more stable.
For a 5th wheel, wind is pretty much a non-issue. When the semi trucks are pulling off due to wind, then you should think about it too. Wind just doesn't move a 5th wheel around like it does a trailer.
Hitch is simple: B&W, whether you do Companion, Patriot, or new truck option is up to you. But B&W makes a superb hitch.
