NV4500. Good combo. Funny story I bought a nv4500 to replace the aluminum 5 speed in my 90 GMC back in the day cause it sounded like it was gonna grenade after a couple thousand miles of heeeavy towing. Well trans never crapped out and sold the truck.
Went to sell the NV sitting in the garage and was out of town when the calls came in. Wife had 3 men over there at the same time that wanted that trans. Got in a bidding war w each other. Ended up getting $200 more than asking which was $400 more than I paid and the losers helped the winner load it up.
