I used HJ for years with big campers and never had a problem.
However, my 16 Ram doesn't seem as stout in the sheetmetal Dept as my 03 did and after seeing a truck with bed damage around the HJ "ears" I installed the TL in the front but I'm currently using the HJ bumper "buttons" until I decide which hitch I'm going to use. The rear TL is different depending on no hitch, stock or after market so consider that when ordering.
After installing the TL, I definatley changed my opinion. These things are SOLID.
My vote is for TL.
