Your never going to feel a difference balancing trailer tires. But it makes a difference to the tires and the suspension.
Just because it isn't jerking your TV around doesn't mean they aren't bouncing and beating the krap out of everything. Sure you can go without balancing them but there are valid reasons for doing so.
Plus, trailer tires need all the help they can get.
