I’ve done some pretty creative stuff, but the level of effort and potential issues with that just seem to make it not worthwhile. Especially in this decade or the last couple with toyhaulers being so plentiful.
Probably doesn’t need airbags for excessive pin weight though!

Swivel wheel carrier aren't considered double tow.

Seems like a toy hauler would have been an easier solution.

Provided it is easy to get that vehicle down and pin weight is ok, it looks good to me.
