I am really NOT convinced it is a lifted vehicle. So hard to tell from just that one image alone.
The linked article said nothing about a right hand turn by the operator of the truck/fifth wheel. Now the OP of this thread said right turn.
Reason I say this is because in photo, tires are indicating a LEFT turn before the vehicle rolled over to drivers side.
It is entirely possible too much speed on turn, fiver started to tip and operator attempted corrections with a left turn of front wheels before vehicle flipped over.
But, end cause surely too much speed on turn. A dually may have helped only that it may have prevented the tow vehicle from over turning. Fiver would have probably still rolled over.
