Come to northern NY where we tow 4 and 6 place snowmobile trailers in snow and ice all winter long and 1/2 of the trucks have 6" lifts and 33's on them.
I don't think they are saying it rolled due to the lift,however they are implying the lift may have contributed to the physics of the roll over equation.
Simple physics dictate a higher vehicle is more susceptible to roll over than a lower one.
Sports cars are built low to the ground for a reason!
