Also appears Tow Vehicle is a lifted 4x4 with oversized tires. High center of gravity may also factored into the rollover.
I'll argue this statement all day...it was poor judgement combined with bad driving skills that caused this. Have many years of "lifted trucks" pulling trailers of various size, weight and length, experience, always felt comfortable.
Remember...guns don't kill its people that kill.
I ought to post some pics of the many "duallies" on the side of the road up here with either missing a wheel or sitting on their axles cause they broke all their wheel studs, because ppl overload em or they simply can't handle the rough oilfield roads cause of speed (bad driving skills).
Why would you argue the statement it is a lifted vehicle which will have a higher center of gravity? I have owned an F350 with a 6in lift and 35 in tires as well as a F550 2wd dually. There is just no way the lifted truck is as stable in a turn. Not a knock on lifted trucks.
Now I will not argue poor skills entered into it.
