As we all surmised, excessive speed was the primary cause of this accident. Wow, I hope he did have insurance and just left his insurance card at home.

Fairfield was issued citations on charges he exceeded the maximum length for a trailer combination, failed to control speed to avoid an accident and had no proof of insurance.
