No, still think at least one if not both could have flipped. Its obvious the pair were starting, if not fully, skidding sideways, when their tires impacted the curb at the small median between lanes.
It is the curb there which caused both to roll over onto their sides.
Without the curb, they possibly would have still skidded enough to impact the vehicle in the other lane, but probably would not have overturned.
