The rims my be 22" , but I don't think those are anywhere near 40" tires. I am not so sure it is even lifted. Dodge trucks have always had blocks in the rear for one and for two the truck is on its side so the springs have no weight on them. put a truck on a hoist and start to raise it and it will look like it has a lift before the tires come off the ground. I am not saying this truck doesn't have a lift because it is hard to tell. Even if it does I don't think it is a big lift. I would bet the tires are 35-36" at the most.I could be wrong though.
