Dodge trucks have always had blocks in the rear for one and for two the truck is on its side so the springs have no weight on them. put a truck on a hoist and start to raise it and it will look like it has a lift before the tires come off the ground. I am not saying this truck doesn't have a lift because it is hard to tell. Even if it does I don't think it is a big lift. I would bet the tires are 35-36" at the most.I could be wrong though.
Lots of assumption there... First off, (as a previous owner of a "lifted" Dodge Ram 2005 3500 QC 4x4) The truck from the factory does not have as OEM equipped, "blocks"! Those "blocks",which one can clearly see in the OP first picture, shows them to be 4" "block"(part of a lift kit) ( oh did I mention I was a previous owner of a lifted Dodge Ram?) between the axle and the spring pack. The truck has a 6" lift. As for 35-36" tall tires (36" tall tires!? hardly!) 35 or 37" tall tires yes. But to fit even a 35" tall tire under this model year truck requires either a levelling kit or lift kit!
I said in my first post I wasn't sure about the newer Dodges. My neighbor s both have 99 Dodge trucks 2500's with cummins, both stock and both have blocks in the rear.It still does not look like those are even 35" tires to me. As I said I could be wrong. as far as assumptions go, Everyone posting on this topic including you and I are making assumptions unless we were there and looked at the truck.
