Two foot-itis....yes indeed. It works at all levels of this game. I was determined to avoid suffering the dollar losses of two foot-itis, when I bought this camper. Most people would call my 19' funfinder with one slide, a small camper. Fair enough....but it is a good two feet longer than the casita and scamp I started out looking at. Not to mention wider and taller. So I got my two foot-itis out of the way before making the purchase, and totally enjoy the size of this 19' trailer. Perfect for me....no doubt would be way too small for many of you all. So anything we say to the OP is just a guess. His trailer would be "too big for me". To each his own.
