After pop ups, we went to a 27 footer. Scared stiff. Upgraded to a 31 footer. WOW! Huge, but towed like a dream. Loved the room. Thought it was overkill. Then we "down-lengthed" to a 23 footer. BIG MISTAKE. Now in a 32 footer... 35'-7" overall. Worried for weeks after buying it. Last year, we hauled it more places than any other trailer. Ive always said that when the kids say they are done camping, its gone and we will get a 25 footer. Last weekend the DW and I sat with a drink and looked at the trailervand said "No way we will ever downsize after the kids are done camping. The two of us alone are used to the room. Rainy weekend of camping are no big deal. Its like a home on wheels. Dont be hasty. Youll regret it. Been there before.
